General conditions of use of the website
PURPOSE
These General Conditions govern the use of the web pages comprising the Website, including simple access to them. Any User who accesses the Website agrees to be bound by the General Conditions in force at any time they access the Website.
The content and services that Coca-Molina makes available to Users on the Website may also be governed by specific conditions which, in the event of any conflict, will take precedence over the General Conditions (the “Specific Conditions”). Each time a User requests or uses the corresponding content or service they are also subject to the corresponding applicable Specific Conditions.
A User must therefore carefully read the General Conditions each time they intend to use the Website, as well as the corresponding Specific Conditions, if applicable, every time they intend to use particular content or services.
In any case, Coca-Molina reserves the right to amend the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as these General Conditions or the corresponding Specific Conditions, at any time.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Website does not constitute a source of advice or a means of establishing a professional or any other kind of client-lawyer relationship.
Use
Unless otherwise established in the Specific Conditions, use of the Website will be free of charge, without prejudice to the connection cost to the User for accessing the corresponding telecommunications network.
Users are aware of and expressly accept of their own free will that use of the Website is, in all cases, under their sole and exclusive responsibility.
When using the Website, the User agrees not to engage in any conduct that could damage the image, interests, and rights of Coca-Molina or third parties, or that could damage, render unusable, or overload the Website, or that could in any way impede normal use of the Website.
Coca-Molina adopts reasonably adequate security measures to detect the existence of viruses. However, Users must be aware that the security measures of IT systems on the internet are not entirely reliable and that, therefore, Coca-Molina cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that could damage Users’ computer systems (software and hardware) or to their electronic documents and files contained in them.
Contents
The contents of the Website are made available to the User by Coca-Molina with information both from its own sources and from third parties.
Coca-Molina strives to ensure that its content is of the highest possible quality and reasonably up-to-date, but does not guarantee its usefulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance or timeliness.
The inclusion of content on the Website does not in any way constitute the provision of legal advice. The User acknowledges that, in as far as the application of the law to specific cases is not automatic but can vary depending on very diverse circumstances, the information contained in the content is insufficient for making decisions of any kind. The information included in the content cannot, therefore, be considered an alternative to legal advice, and Coca-Molina advises users against making decisions based on the information contained in the content without appropriate professional advice of this kind.
Intellectual and industrial property rights
These General Conditions do not grant any intellectual or industrial property rights over the Website or any of its components. Users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting, reusing, forwarding or using any component of the website in any way, by any means or procedure, except in cases where this is legally permitted or authorised by the owner of the corresponding rights.
Users may view and obtain a temporary private copy of the contents for their exclusive personal and private use on their computer systems (software and hardware), provided this is not for the purpose of carrying out commercial or professional activities. Users must refrain from obtaining, or attempting to obtain, the Content by means or procedures other than those made available or indicated for this purpose in each case, or those commonly used on the internet (provided that the latter do not entail a risk of damaging or disabling the Website). Users must, at all times, respect intellectual and industrial property rights on the Website, whether these are owned by Coca-Molina or third parties.
Hyperlinks and Linked Sites
a) Hyperlinks
Users and, in general, any individuals or organisations that intend to establish a hyperlink or technical linking device (for example, links or buttons) from their website to the Website (a “Hyperlink”) must obtain authorisation from Coca-Molina.
The establishment of the Hyperlink does not under any circumstances imply the existence of relations between Coca-Molina and the owner of the site or web page on which the Hyperlink is established, nor the acceptance or approval by Coca-Molina of its contents or services.
In all cases, Coca-Molina reserves the right to prohibit or disable any hyperlink to the Website at any time, especially in cases where the activity or content of the website containing the hyperlink is illegal.
b) Linked Sites
The Website offers Users, solely for the purpose of searching for and accessing information, content and services available on the internet, hyperlinks or technical linking devices (for example, links or buttons) that allow the User to access internet sites or portals belonging to or managed by third parties (“Linked Sites”).
Coca-Molina does not offer or market the information, content, and services available on Linked Sites, either itself or through third parties, nor does it approve, supervise, or control in any way the content and services or any material of any nature existing on them. When browsing them, Users accept full, sole responsibility.
